My focus as a personal trainer is to help my clients reach their goals and then maintain them. In my experience I have worked with a range of clients, from weight management and toning, to building muscle and postural modification. I currently train in Brazilian Jiujitsu at London Fight Factory and have previously practiced Full Contact Stick Fighting, Kempo Karate (achieving my 1st dan), and various other martial arts. 

I have had a large amount of experience training endurance athletes for marathons and triathlons. This has also led me to working closely with the physiotherapist from A-Therapy in our gym, making sure clients are injury free and race ready.
